1.3 Annual Subscription: If you opt for the annual subscription to ThePipCollective, you agree to a minimum commitment period of twelve (12) calendar months. During this time, you are obligated to maintain your subscription and cannot cancel prior to the end of the commitment period.
Disputing an order payment has a negative financial impact on the company and damages our reputation with the Payment Gateway/Processor. Therefore, ThePipCollective Ltd will ban customers who dispute their payments (directly involved in the dispute/associated with the same order number). We will not entertain any requests to unban the account(s).
Users involved in a disputed transaction, where there has been no fault on our part, will no longer be eligible for any further products or services from ThePipCollective Ltd.
This policy is designed to protect ThePipCollective Ltd from financial harm and to ensure the long-term viability of our brand.

By default, the customer's subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term. If the auto-renewal payment fails, a seven-day grace period will be provided for the customer to update their payment information. If the payment is not made by the end of the seven-day grace period, the customer's member access will be terminated.
Customers can cancel their subscription at any time, provided they have met the minimum commitment period as outlined in Section 16 (1.1), (1.2) and (1.3). Upon submitting their cancellation, customers will receive an email confirmation at the email address they used to sign up. They will retain full member access until the end of their billing period/cycle and will not be charged again.
All cancellations must be completed by the customer via ThePipCollective Web Application. No refunds will be issued for any period between the cancellation date and the end of the subscription. Once the customer’s subscription period ends, member access will be terminated.
All purchases with ThePipCollective Ltd are non-refundable. Customers will retain member access to the product or service for the entire subscription period, even if they cancel. ThePipCollective Ltd does not offer partial refunds if the customer fails to cancel their subscription before the automatic renewal date.
In the event of a legal dispute, all active subscriptions of the individual will be terminated, and the customer will be barred from accessing future services, as outlined in Section 17 of our Terms of Service
If a customer is found to be underage by ThePipCollective Ltd standards (under 18), their subscription will be canceled and refunded immediately.
ThePipCollective Ltd does not provide services to individuals with a criminal record or those involved in adverse media. Subscriptions of such individuals will be refunded to minimize the company’s risk exposure and protect against adversity.
ThePipCollective Ltd maintains a neutral stance on political activity and will not provide services to individuals with any recorded political involvement.
Subscriptions purchased with a stolen credit card will be refunded upon discovery
This 30-day money-back guarantee (“Guarantee”) applies to the ThePipCollector EA product (“Product”). To be eligible for this Guarantee, Customers (“Customers”) must strictly adhere to the following conditions:
1. Use of Provided Setfiles: Customers must use only the setfiles provided by us upon subscription. These setfiles are integral to the effective operation of the Product.
2. Adherence to Process: Customers must follow the specific process laid out upon subscribing. This process is designed to ensure optimal setup and operation of the Product
3. Trade Live Broker Account: Customers must trade their live broker account they opened within the first 30 days of joining
4. Eligibility Period: This Guarantee is only valid within the first 30 days of subscribing. After this period, the Guarantee is no longer valid.
To activate this Guarantee, Customers must:
1. Setup a Demo Account: Customers are required to set up an ICMarketsEU-Demo trading account (“Demo Account”) to use with the Product.
2. Log Demo Account Credentials: Customers must log their Demo Account credentials via a designated typeform provided by us. This process serves as the official start of the 30-day period for the Guarantee.
1. Loss Condition: If at the end of the 30-day period, the Demo Account reflects a net loss, the Customer is eligible to claim a refund.
2. Claim Period: Eligible Customers have 7 days post the 30-day period to submit their claim for a refund.
3. Refund Processing: Upon verification of the claim and adherence to all conditions herein, the Customer will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Product (the monthly subscription fee).
This Guarantee does not apply if:
